The Erie, PA HOG Chapter is the primary (and original) sponsor of the PA HOG specialty plate, in cooperation with Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Harley-Davidson of Erie, and PENNDOT.
The PA HOG plate program was spearheaded and launched in 2003 by Jerry Longo, of the Erie, PA HOG Chapter. Jerry is the PA HOG Representative to approve and submit all applications to PENNDOT.
