Friday, July 17, 2020. Approximately 250 participants joined together to help transfer the American flag from Erie, PA to Mentor, OH. The event kicked off with a transfer ceremony, with HOG members Ed Hriscko and Jim Hamilton receiving the flag from Bill Sherer (Founder, Executive Director Nation of Patriots). A parade of 130 bikes escorted the flag from Harley Davidson of Erie to Western Reserve Harley Davidson. Following the transfer of the flag to Western Reserve, lunch was provided for all participants.
Beginning Memorial Day weekend, the flag had been transferred via virtual videos. The organization made the decision to begin with the traditional live participation in Erie.
